Welcome to you seasoned recipients and new comers alike approaching the field, please come closer. I have always liked to make room for everyone to be here.

My goal as a Practitioner of Massage and Shiatsu Therapies+ is simple. I listen to you and your body and do the work to earn the trust required to meet it where it is at in every moment of our session together. Your body is so dynamic, and it is taking such good care of you.

I have been a licensed and practicing Massage and Shiatsu Therapist in the field for the last six years. How the time has flown even right through the pandemic with it! Through the years of experience on top of a foundation of training have come layers upon layers of intuition, knowledge and principles, theories and new discoveries alike to offer you at the table, if you would like.

I know we, as a society, have become like a little stress ball, and our bodies are all currently looking for pathways of healing and peace like no other.

Together here, let's create a customized blend of therapeutic and relaxation bodywork session that works for you based on what is presenting at the time. I will pull together many aspects from different modalities, including both Eastern and Western bodies of knowledge, along with supporting applications, to soothe down your aches and pains in the midst of restoring back to you your overall feelings of health, balance and harmony.

As a practitioner, I like to remain connected. I maintain a network of trusted practitioners (always looking to add more) that I have gained from being in so many places these past years that I can share with you on your own health journey as well, where desired.

Giving back and giving to others are ways I like to live. I have been volunteering to help build homes in the Twin Cities for others, and it has been a lot of fun! I have many fun hobbies and things I find exciting to enjoy on my down time that is always revolving.

In this beautiful journey called life, it is my privilege to receive my training and A.A.S. degree in East West Therapeutic Bodywork from CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School & Clinic in 2018. The training I received includes Shiatsu Therapy, Therapeutic Bodywork, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Craniosacral Therapy Techniques, Prenatal and Postnatal Massages, Ampuku Abdominal Massage, Cupping, Gua Sha, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Spa Techniques, Chair Massage and Birth Doula support. Although, I may not always be practicing every piece of my training at all times, for example Birth Doula, my lens and perspective as a Practitioner remains supported through the understanding that has come from each and every one of them, for which I am grateful.

Although, this feels like a small part of me now compared to when I was in the thick of providing nature education, it remains a large part of my values to care for our environment with my background studies and degree in Environmental Sciences, Policy & Management, with emphasis on Environmental Education & Communication I received from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
